About

ABOUT

As an LDS FAITH TRANSITION COACH, certified through the Life Purpose Institute,  I focus on helping you navigate your LDS faith transition with more confidence, clarity and self-empowerment.  I also support you if you find yourself in an LDS mixed faith marriage.  Whether you are the one taking a step back from the LDS Church or are the one affected by your loved-one's stepping back, I hold a supportive space you.

A faith transition (yours or your loved one's) can challenge your sense of identity, security, values and belief systems. This can leave you feeling disoriented, in upheaval and lonely.  These transitions often impact your relationship with your partner, children, extended family members,  friends and community.
